IIT’s now ranked amongst the top-most world universities
IIT delhi has been ranked the 37th best global university for its electrical engineering department making IIT Delhi as the highest entry from India across all categories according to the latesQuacquarelli Symonds (QS) world university rankings.
QS is a reputed British education and career advice company, which earlier produced the rankings with the Times Higher Education. Since 2010, it has been producing them on its own.
STUDENTS CAN APPLY FOR BE(bachelor of engineering) COUNSELLING BEFORE THE DECLARATION OF THE RESULTS
Education minister P.Palaniappan has declared that CBSE students can now apply for engineering counselling without waiting for the 12th board results.
Results for classes 10th and 12th to be out in another 10-15 days
It is speculated that the CBSE results for classes 10th and 12th will be out by the end of MAY. Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan have already declared the results of their board exams.

15 students file petition against CBSE due to unsatisfactory JEE results
Right after the JEE results came out on 7th MAY many students expressed their unhappiness and many others claimed that they found mistakes in their score cards. As a result 15 students have filed a petition against CBSE over the mistakes in their results
They have moved to the Delhi High Court against CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) which is responsible for conducting the JEE Main Examination. Continue reading
ANSWERSHEETS AVAILABLE ON THE CBSE WEBSITE FOR NEET CANDIDATES
National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to MBBS and BDS courses was held on 5th May on Sunday. The CBSE will upload evaluated OMR (optical mark recognition) answersheets on its website this year.
The board will be uploading the images of OMR answersheets graded by the machine on http://www.cbseneet.nic.in before the declaration of the result. Continue reading
